 Human contigs annotations Hi all, Does anyone know if there are downloadable annotations for the human assembly contigs. I am looking for a way to extract exon start and end positions in the human contigs available on the NCBI.. One could align all the available human mRNA's to the contigs and extract such info but I would like to know if the data is already available before doing the work. Thanks for your help! Maddy  |
