In Need of Case-Control Study Data related to SNP-Complex Disease Association

Hello all,

I am a PhD student and in my thesis I will try to tackle the problem of Represenatative SNP Selection from a machine learning perspective.

Currently we have developed a feature selection algorithm but reaching to data to test the algorithm has been very tough.

I have contacted many article writers but I couldn’t find one to share the data with me for my comperative studies.

As a last hope I decided to write here.

I am in need of Case-Control Study Data related to SNP-Complex Disease Association. Just a matrix formed data with haplotype info as rows and SNPs as columns and phenotype info at the last column.

I will be thankful if somebody would direct me to that kind of data or send me one set.

I will be attending a conference in a week but still couldn’t find data for complete analysis. I would love to acknowledge the help during the conference if I can find the data set.
