 Re: NCBI - identifying sequence Hi all, I am new working on Gene expression analysis, I have to correlate the raw fluorescent values of my interest gene against the rest of genes values (around 40000), using pearson correlation. how can I do that? what program can I use to do it? Thanks heaps for your help  |
