Smile Programs for creating figures/diagrams from a gene sequence

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew of any good programs or had any tips for me for the best way to create a figure or diagram based on a gene sequence, and showing where the primers are located with in the gene sequence.

Thanks in advance.
