Default Cell modeling software

Hi,

I'm interested in modeling epithelial cell layers and I'm looking for appropiate software. I've heard of E-Cell or VirtrualCell, but it looks like they only implement intracellular processes. What I'd need is the possibility to also include intercellular interactions (via adherens junctions etc.).

Can somebody help me?

Thanks.
