| Hallo everybody, could anyone tell me how I can download automatically structural similar proteins belonging to certain groups in structural family databases (e.g. SCOP or CATH).. I would like to download automatically (and not one by one) e.g all proteins with a beta-sadwich fold (Topology : Sandwich) from CATH. SCOP could also be a solution. Furthermore, is there any database with structure families with non-redundant members? Thank you! |

| Yes I think there was a database I visited that you could download PDB and other files which were grouped by protein families... will have to check welcome to the forum Ivalavan! |
