| Hello, I am trying to cross-link the data from NCBI's Gene and GEO databases. Specifically, I am trying to determine which results on gene array data (found in GEO data series when searching for lupus in only H. sapiens) correspond to H. sapiens genes with estrogen response elements (as found in Gene). I don't really have any bioinformatics experience, so I'm struggling with this. Can anyone offer me any help and suggestions? I've tried messing around the with e-links without much luck, and I also have downloaded the BioConductor software with some of the add-ons for dealing with Affymetrix data. Please let me know if you guys have any ideas. Thanks! Also, here are the data series in GEO that I have been focusing on: GSE1057 GSE10325 |
