PMID:17584791 [or google Protein Interactions Calculator] In Brief, Protein Interactions Calculator (PIC) is a webserver which is used to explore interactions within a protein or between proteins in a complex. All the interactions and bonds can be seen in a single site and also the identified interactions/bonds between residues can be visualized using a RasMol and Jmol interface. The input should be in the Protein data bank(.pdb) format. |
