Cool Proteomic Chips

Does anyone work with proteomic chips?

I am curious to know the successfulness of the approach.

Thanks.

Default data analysis for microarray data

After a protein microarray we would run it through the general steps:

1) read your data with a scanner

2) analyze data with software

3) do stats

4) cluster with GO ontology tools

in that general order.
