| Can anyone help me in knowing what data is analyzed after running protein microarray experiment... or what data we get to analysed and what are the methods used to analysed protein microarray data |

| After a protein microarray we would run it through the general steps: 1) read your data with a scanner 2) analyze data with software 3) do stats 4) cluster with GO ontology tools in that general order. |
