Default acetyl group modelling

hi

i am searching for a molecular modelling software to add an acetyl group to the N-terminal end of a peptide given in PDB format. can anyone give me a hint which tool to use? and second does anyone know if the molecular dynamics software gromacs can handle acetyl groups because in the whole manual there is not a single match for acetyl?

thx
lordy
