Default acid nucleic manipulation software

Hi,

I have some pdb files contains amminoacyds and nucleotides. While I found free software to mutate amminoacyds (VMD i.e.) I was not able to find software to let me mutate one nucleotide in an other one in the structure.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance
