Question Finding Promoter Region in a Sequence
Hey, i have a bioinformatics questions for you guys.

I am trying to find a promoter region in a DNA sequence in mice.

What are the best methods to do this? Any software or online tools?

People in my lab has been using Primer Premier.
I myself have not done any primer designs, though. Hope it helps.
