 Newbie - Alignment with Strap!? Hi Folks! I`m completely new here! I want to align proteasese to get information from the sequence to the 3D stucture of the active site. I use "Strap" and I`d like to discuss with other peopel about it. Do you know any other sources for finding documentation / other tutorials? Thanx alot!        |

| Re: Newbie - Alignment with Strap!? Hi try looking at this page i-mass.com, and then at all the tools in the left hand column under WWW Biotools, especially GlycoMod. From GlycoMod page (ExPASy - Tools), take a look at all the tools under topology prediction, secondary structure prediction, tertiary structure. I'm no expert, just starting myself.
