 database of genotype for haplotype inference hi , currently i m working on a project entittled "Haplotype Inference using pure sat based method" . its hotcake topic of bioinformatics .... i need to have a database of genotype for giving input in DPLL program... anybody out there to help me of getting the database of genotype ? thanking shihab Last edited by shihab_iut; 07-15-2007 at 08:39 PM.  |
