Hello!

Any one of you uses the software FSTAT of Goudet? I am trying to test the significance of FIS. I can determine the nominal level for multiple test, but the output file gives me only the Indicative adjusted nominal level (5%) for one table and this is always the same, with indepence of whether I gave nominal level of 5/100, 1/100 or 1/1000. How can I get the nominal level value for (1%)?
If I want to give p < 0.001 for FIS, may I use the output from 1/1000 although it only says something about 5%? Is it correct to use directly the p values and compare them with 0.05, 0.01 and 0.001?
I find the output a little bit confusing and am not sure of having interpreted it properly.

Than you!

Ron.
