Exclamation RE-ASSESS BY USING DATABASE (STRUCTURE, SEQUENCE,...)FROM NCBI,ect...TO PRACTICE.

Please help me!
Very urgently!
I have a trobble with my essay. My professor want me to make an essay which say about: How to use Bioinformatics? Detail, how to using available databases (structure, sequenses, ...) from NCBI,... to practice to evaluate accuracy level of these databases? For example, when you have a short sequense and using BLAST to find the most similar sequenses, after that you design primers for PCR, clonning or ect... and sequensing. Finally, you use this results to re-assess the available databases and supplement into these databases.
So, would you please show me doccuments, webs, books,...related this issue? Thanks a lot!
