Smile conversion of wiff files to XML

Hi all,

I have a problem at present with conversion of my tandem MS-data (iTRAQ), which are in wiff format, to XML-format (I'm going to to run X!Tandem for protein identification, it requires XML-input data). So, can somebody help me with this? Unfortunately, I coudn't find on-line any available source to do conversion, as I don't have the Analyst tool to prepare the data for conversion. I'll very thankful for the support.

Best regards,

Hatam Hakimov,
