Default IP buffer: K-HEPES or HEPES-KOH?

Hi everyone!
I'm preparing a buffer for IP: 20mM K-HEPES pH 7.4, 110mM KOAc, 2 mM MgCl2, 1% Triton, 250 Mm NaCl. The question is whether K-HEPES, which is available as powder, can be substituted by normal HEPES and adjusting pH by KOH? Are K-HEPES and HEPES-KOH the same substance?
