Smile Methylene blue intercalation with DNA

Hi!

I am presently studying immobilisation of DNA on gold electrode , ssDNA and dsDNA on the surface of gold electrode. To detect have used methylene blue which binds in a differential manner to ssDNA and dsDNA.

square wave voltammetry scans of the DNA on gold electrode showed a peak potential of -284.2mV for ssDNA and peak current of -934uA and for dsDNA E= -255mV and peak current -433uA

Please can an electrochemistry expert tell me whether the values are significant enough.

thanks

waiting for all inputs
