Default Protein purification with IEC combined with GPC

Hi..

I am trying to purify a recombinant protein from a crude supernatant with Ion exchange chromatography (IEC). My plan is then to run a gel-permeation chromatography of the selected fractions containing my protein from the IEC...

Is this a possibility??? And how is it done?

Kind regards Vivaspin6and20ml
