Default Western Blot

Hi there everybody,

I have just ran a western blot on blood serum. Im looking for a soluble protein. How would you go about concentrating it? Im getting a product about twice its size but Im thinking perhaps its aggregated to something, how could you get it on its own?

Thanks

Hi, do you use blood serum as western blot sample or ? Detail require. FYI, you need to know how much your loading in gel and depending on whether you are quantifying the protein on membrane or blood serum?

Yeah I did use it as sample. I did a protein assay so everything is relative. I am quantifying on blood serum
