 How would you make a 1.2 % (w/v) agarose gel in 0.5X TAE Does anyone know how to work out the following problems? 1. How would you make a 500 ml solution that is 10 mM Tris, 2 mM EDTA. The formula weight of Tris is 121.1, EDTA’s FW is 187. 2. How would you make a 1.2 % (w/v) agarose gel in 0.5X TAE. The final volume required is 250 ml and the stock solution of TAE is at 50X..  |
