 Cyropreservation I've isolated buffy coat and plasma from whole blood using fractionation. I'm considering cryo preservation solutions to store at -80. I've done some digging and found suggestions of using anywhere from .1 to 20% DMSO. Suggestions on what has been done previously and what to dilute the stock DMSO with as well, i've considered pbs, TE, DI water, nuclease free water.  |
