| Hi all, Basically i am writing up a practical and one of the questions says: Comment on the quality of the purified mutant pBgal plasmid you sent for DNA sequencing based on its ability to digest with restriction enzymes EcoRV and XbaI and the 260/280 ratio. I know what to write about the nanophotmeter ratio 260/280 but i do not know how to explain how the restriction enzymes ability affects the quality of the purified plasmid. How do they affect it in first place? Any help is highly appreciated Thanks in advance... |
