 Gel filtration chromatography how to improve the experiment During the size exclusion chromatography experiment the mixture of gelatine and glucose was separated into fractions. Benedict's and Biuret test confirmed the success of separation. What tests could I do to find out the exact amount of gelatine and glucose in each fraction and their purity?  Thank you for your help!  |
