Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum and is currently a molecular cell biology lab at UCD and boy am I having a hard time in it. I'm trying my hardest, but I do need some extra help.

HW question:

What is the pH of a buffer that performs as follows? To 4.5 ml of a buffer is added 0.5 mM pNO2 phenol & the Absorbance value of 0.300 at a wavelength of 410 nm.
