| Km is 15 microM. what is the substrate concentration when Vo=2.3microM/min? The answer is 1.2microM, but how? Km=[S], when Vo=1/2Vmax I used formula Vo=Vmax [S]/Km, but cannot get the correct answer. Thank you very much for your help! |
