Help-Question about products of gas-liquid chromatography of erythrocytes membrane
I am engaged in researches in the field of change in fat-acid spectrum of membranes human erythrocytes. During carrying out of the fat-acid analysis of membranes have been identified some components in samples, such as:
They have been revealed in native cells, that were taken from an organism. These hydrocarbons have revealed with concentration is about 30 %, fat acids - 70 %. Could you prompt me, whether these components which are present at norm at the human are. Whether there can be it products of oxidation of the fat acids, arising in a membrane during a life of erythrocytes. If yes, could I ask you to help me - is it possible to send me some references, which could be seen and on what to base and to use to describe received results.
Thanks in advance.
