 Help-Question about products of gas-liquid chromatography of erythrocytes membrane I am engaged in researches in the field of change in fat-acid spectrum of membranes human erythrocytes. During carrying out of the fat-acid analysis of membranes have been identified some components in samples, such as: tridecane tetradecane tetradecene pentadecane hexadecane heptadecane octadecane octadecene nonadecane eicosane eicosene heneicosane docosane tetracosane hexacosane They have been revealed in native cells, that were taken from an organism. These hydrocarbons have revealed with concentration is about 30 %, fat acids - 70 %. Could you prompt me, whether these components which are present at norm at the human are. Whether there can be it products of oxidation of the fat acids, arising in a membrane during a life of erythrocytes. If yes, could I ask you to help me - is it possible to send me some references, which could be seen and on what to base and to use to describe received results. Thanks in advance.  |
