 Buffer Tris Question!!! please help! Tris is a widely used buffer in biochemistry and molecular biology research. Its molecular weight is 121.14g/mol. how many gram of Tris you need to male 1L of 1 M stock solution ? How many mL of water you need to make a 0.1 M Tris solution from 10 mL of 1M stock solution? If the 1 M Tris stock solution is labeled as 1000 X , what is the working concentration ? How many mL of stock solution you need to make 1 L of working solution? Please help me with this!!!!!  |

 Re: Buffer Tris Question!!! please help! Hi, I hope this are not ur homework questions , anyway 1.U will require 121.14g/1000ml water for 1M. 2. 90ml water 3.1mM 4.1ml I think these are pretty easy to work out, u shud learn better. |
