hi, can anyone tell me the chemical structures for :
1,3-dilinolein
1-monolinolein
cholesterol palmitate
phosphatidylcholine
flora
butter

If you have a chemical name or CAS number you can try [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].

I suspect butter has a bunch of different lipids in it -- you'd need to figure out which are the main components before you can get a chemical structure.
