 questions regarding apoptotic assays Hi, I am trying to look for the role of gene in cell growth or cell death. After growth curve analysis, i have confirmed that my gene/protein on siRNA treatment decreases cell growth of a cancer cell line i work with compared to GFP. I am trying to look for its role in apoptotic pathway... I need help with designing the expt... which apoptotic assay works best? what shd be the positive & negative controls? should i downregulate my gene and compare apoptosis against untreated cells? if anyone has any suggestions, plz help. Thanks...        |
