Default conversion ic50 <==> Kd

hi

can anyone tell me how to convert from a given ic50 (half inhibitory concentration) to a Kd (dissociation constant) unit?
For example i have a MHC complex (HLA B*0801) with a peptide in the binding groove and i know that the ic50 value is around 359.0 for a given peptide FVRQCFNPM. whats the value of the (p)Kd?

thx
lordy

ps sorry for the cross-post but the first time it seems not to be the correct forum
