 Easy-titer IgG & IgM kit (ThermoScientific) Massacre. Please, help. This kit is such a shit. I can't even properly prepare standards which I had to buy separately. Anyone used it? I have no idea why I have so big problems even with diluting the liquid containing whole molecule of IgM and IgG (mixing is vigorous and calculations are correct). | Re: Easy-titer IgG & IgM kit (ThermoScientific) So I will tell you that their technical support said that the problem can be in the plates I'm using. They told me to try flat bottom well plates (I use plates with round bottoms). This can be an idea but they didn't write it in manual and I wasted coz of this serums and kit :/ |
