| I have 0.300nmol of lyophilized primer. If I add in 3ul of water, does this give 100uM of resuspended primer? Can someone show how nmol/ul = umol/L(uM) |

| Hola, Yes step by step: 0.300nmls/3ul< x1000 >0.300umols/3ml < x1000 > 0.300mmols/ 3l <:3 >0.100nmols /l . This is a 0.1 nanomolar solution. Mulltipling x1000 a 0,1 nanomolar sol. is the same than 100uM I hope this helps you. Buena suerte |
