Default to get uM final

I have 0.300nmol of lyophilized primer. If I add in 3ul of water, does this give 100uM of resuspended primer?

Can someone show how nmol/ul = umol/L(uM)

Hola, Yes step by step:
0.300nmls/3ul< x1000 >0.300umols/3ml < x1000 > 0.300mmols/ 3l <:3 >0.100nmols /l . This is a 0.1 nanomolar solution.

Mulltipling x1000 a 0,1 nanomolar sol. is the same than 100uM

I hope this helps you. Buena suerte
