Default DNaseI

Hi,
I would like to digest DNA in an RNA preparation. I heard about bead bound DNaseI. Can anybody tell me something about this beads. Maybe anybody knows the company which offers them.
Thanks,
Bommel

Hey Bommel!,

I have removed DNA contaminants from RNA isolations.

The bead bound DNAseI is probably more expensive than the regular DNA, plus it may be contaminated with RNases (is it RNase-free?)

We usually use RNAse-free DnaseI - very very cheap, and very effective...

it is easy to get rid of also - just heat your sample at 80C... thats it

Rnase free Dnase is from:

and the one we use

As for the DNaseI-Sepharose beads, I found they are usually made.
