| Re: What is Capillary Electrophoresis? hi...in capillary electrophoresis gel is taken in a capillary tube of small bore (50-100 microns)and having 100-200cm length. nano liter range of sample is injected into the tube..it is connected to buffer and high voltage power is applied..within few min components are separated. |
