| Hi, Just interested if anyone has a nifty way to save a developed (TMBM) westen blot on Nitrocellulose (usually mini-blots by invitrogen). Currently in our lab we are cutting the excess blot away and making a sandwich between two clear sticky 96well plate-sealers. Any other ways to save the blot for archiving? (We also scan all the blots to a computer for future use as well). Thanks for your replies! |

| You mean the membrane? I do keep them in a box at -20C. The blots, I would recommend thay you label with your name and date, and keep them in a folder.. |
