| Hey everyone, I used gamma tubulin as a control to show that I had loaded equal amounts of protein in each well. However I am getting double bands on my blot?? Did anyone else have that problem before, and what could be causing it? |

| can you show us the bloting result? does ur molecular ladder give double bands also? do you adjust ur gel after you put in on the membrane? hope to hear from you |
