| Hi please tell me the following questions 1 what is best media for yeast growth? 2 what is best temperature of incubation? 3 can we incubate yeast at 37oC 4 how long we must incubate the yeast streaked on agar plate?? i hope you will guide me best regards aftab |

| Hi thanks a lot for providing good information. i also studied it and found that 28C is good temperature for yeast growth and its growth is ratareded at higher temperature. there are multiple of media for yeast like YPD, YPG, PDA, and many others but these are cheep and easy to made. regards aftab |
