 RNA quality skipped Hi I should be doing real time PCR for some blood samples. I got the samples as cDNA and the technician didn;t check the RNA quality before doing the RT-PCR ?? Does anyone have any idea for this ? or I shouldn;t be using these samples from the beginning ??? Thankss        |
