| Hi everyone again! IN the lab we create our own Sephadex G-50 columns usingglass wool to prevent the Sephadex from escaping the column. Lately though we ran out of glass wool. Is there a replacement for glass wool to plug the G-50 column? Can we use any other material for this ? thanks in advance guys |

| Sorry for barging in this topic, but my question is related to the previous question. Can somebody please post any molecular properties of G50? I am searching for it all over the net, but I can't seem to find anything. |
