Default Plasmid Isolation

Hi

if some review or article is there then it will be more informative for me.

Default Re: Plasmid Isolation

Hey Aftab,

For a huge plasmid like that many have used cesium chloride gradients. However these arent as clean as other methods and it takes more time than using a commercial kit. However, cesium chloride gradients may be your best change for isolating really clean, large plasmid DNA.

there are a few further resources on this...

for a good journal on 60 kB isolations
