Question pAminoBenzamidine-Agarose

Hi All,

I am looking at cleaving my His-Tag off my rercombinant protein using thrombin.

I have hear of then using pAminoBenzamidine-Agarose to 'clean' up the thrombin. How would i know if my protein would also be binding the agarose beads.

How does the pAminoBenzamidine-Agarose actually work?

Thanks
