Nuclear Preps from Adipose tisue

Hi

I was hoping someone might be able to help me with some tips on preparing nuclei, or a nuclear enriched pellet from rodent brown adipose tissue. We have tried adapting our existing cell fractionation techniques, but this has failed to give a good yield of nuclear material.
