 Re: Vitamin determination Hello there Milpol, i guess it depends which vitamin you are looking for. For vitamin D, Ultraviolet (UV) absorption spectra can be recorded with a spectophotometer however mass spectrometry is also used for detection. What vitamins are you looking to id? cheers         |

| Re: Vitamin determination Hello, Some vitamins are also cofactors of certain enzymes and can be determined by determining the enzyme activity and having a standard curve. cheers, DG
