 slot blot I think I have made a pMAL fusion with my protein. I need to identify with antibody, but have only ever done SDS-PAGE Western blotting. Boss says slot blot and densitometry are easier and faster. I would like to learn some basics about this, but Google is just giving me refs to papers wherein the investigators used slot blot -- no basic info. Can anyone point me in the right direction? We use horseradish perox. for Westerns.        |
