| Hi, I am selecting puromycin resistant cells from mouse hematopoetic stem cells after retrovirus p-babe-puro insertion. After first cycle, I want to replate only live cells and get rid off dead cells. Does any one can suggest simple centrifugation method to separate dead cells from live cells and precise protocol.
