| Hi, I would like to know if ELISA can be used as a simple spectrophotomer to analyze a large number os samples for lipid and carbohidrate determinations. A friend of mine is convinced that it is possible but I have some dubts, but I do not have any experience in the use of this instrument. Thanks in advance. milpol |
