TBS Tris Buffered Saline Recipe

Hi All, i am new to the forum and wondering about the recipe for 10X TBS buffer... I ordered Tris Buffered Saline (T-6664) from sigma and wondering if I dissolve this in a liter of water, would I get 10X or 1X?

Any hint or clue...

Hi I looked up this TBS T-6664 on the website. One pouch of TBS will give you one liter at 1X concentration (equals 0.05M TBS).
