| Does anyone think the variability of buffers used by different researchers ( recipes, differences in pH etc) play a role in differences in data? just a hunch Aristotle |

| Yeah good idea. May be causing some differences in isolation, lysis, western blotting, enzyme activity who else knows! is the difference big enough to make a difference? |
